Volunteer Princess

I just photographed the new yacht "Volunteer Princess" owned by Walter and Beverly LeMasurier that is docked at Volunteer landing in Knoxville. Their son Chris and his girlfriend Nikki were our model "bride and groom"...you two did a great job! Thanks to Lynn for shuttling me up to Gay street bridge where I took the birds eye shots.

Liz and Michael's Engagement

It has been a fun week beginning with the engagement session of Liz Coppinger and Michael Harmon this past Monday at Sequoyah Hills Park. Michael and Liz are a great couple to work with...they didn't even mind when I asked them to sit precariously over the water on a fallen tree trunk. But it was worth it as we got some great shots!

Grant's Graduation!

We all had a great weekend celebrating Grant's graduation from Farragut High School. Yea Grant...you did it! We're all very proud of you. I know you're looking forward to your freedom but don't forget your GPA...I expect good things my Harley Ridin' friend.

Wedding of Tate Nix and Dallas Strickland

Here are just a few sample images from Tate's wedding that I documented this past weekend. The ceremony was aptly held at the historic "Tate Mansion" northwest of Atlanta which Tate's Great Great Uncle, Colonel Sam Tate, philanthropist and marble baron had built in the early 1900's. The reception was held at "The Chimney's" of Big Canoe Resort which belonged to Tate's Grandfather and Great Uncle. What a wonderful location and Tate, you made a beautiful bride! My assistant, Brittany and I had a great time and we captured some priceless moments.

Jenny and Jonathan's Engagement

I have not had an opportunity to post any updates to my blog in the past few weeks because I have been so busy I haven't stopped long enough to sit down...so today I am updating as much as I can. First I have to show you these images I took on May 6th of Jenny Murphy's and Jonathan Gilliam's engagement session. They are such are great couple to work with and are so natural in front of the camera...what a joy! I can't wait until their wedding!
