Goins-Davenport Wedding

This has been a busy week! As soon as Leah and I returned from Daufuskie Island we were off to the quaint town of Abingdon, Virginia to photograph the wedding of Kelly Goins and Chris Davenport. Their ceremony was held at the beautiful United Methodist Church on the campus of Emory and Henry College and the reception followed at the historic Martha Washington Inn. Dziedzic-Jackson Wedding, Daufuskie Island

Wow, what a great location for a destination wedding! Leah and I flew into Hilton Head Monday evening and took the ferry over to the very exclusive resort island of Daufuskie only accessible by boat. We actually took Jenney and Keith out onto the beach Tuesday for a fun photo session of them alone before covering their rehearsal. The wedding was fabulous...a beautiful backdrop and a perfect day! Andrea and Ryan's Engagement

Andrea and Ryan booked us for their wedding next May in Key West...Leah and I can't wait! It also just happens that they were guests of Jenney Dziedzic and Keith Jackson for their wedding on Daufuskie Island off of Hilton Head on June 11th. So what a perfect opportunity to photograph their engagement session on the beach! Vicky and Brad's Engagement Session

When Vicky and Brad told me they wanted to photograph their engagement session at Bald River Falls on the Cherohala Skyway I couldn't wait! I love to photograph waterfalls so it was the perfect opportunity for me to blend my love of fine art landscape photography with a beautiful couple! Notice the soft water in the background...Vicky and Brad did a great job of holding still to allow me to capture the fluid motion of the water. I really enjoyed getting to know Lisa and Chris a little better last Sunday when I photographed their engagement session. The weather was perfect...a little hot but no rain! Bell-Young Wedding

From the time I met Ashley and Brant, I had been looking forward to photographing their wedding. Aside from being an unbelievably gorgeous couple, they are also a joy to be around. I had the pleasure of photographing their engagement session last October and then Ashley's bridal portrait before the big day. Their wedding was held at the Central Baptist Church in Crossville and their reception followed at the new conference center ballroom at Fairfield Glade. Cash-Benson Wedding

Wow, what a beautiful location for a ceremony. Nestled in the foothills of the smokies just outside of Gatlinburg with Mt. LeConte in the background, Rachel and Craig exchanged their vows. Every time I come to Scatteridge I feel very welcomed by Pat Maher and her team and they do such an outstanding job of hosting the perfect intimate wedding. Krieger-Livesey Wedding

Amelia and Sarah had a great time last Saturday in Pendleton, SC. Amber and Eugene have such a great sense of humor you can't help but have fun around them! After their rehearsal, the groomsmen all participated in mock Sumo wrestling. Saturday morning the men even prepared breakfast for the bride and bridesmaids. Their ceremony and reception were held at the Woodburn Historic House. I loved the glow sticks that were used for their send off...very creative! My team and I had a great time last Saturday with Kristin and Jonathan! Every detail of their wedding was perfect.
